Organic Lemon Myrtle essential oil grows naturally and natively in the northern tropical rainforest of Australia. Once the lemon-scented leaves of the Lemon Myrtle trees are harvested they are immediately steam distilled for high quality oil production.
Known as an antioxidant, anti-microbial and anti-fungal, Lemon Myrtle essential oil is beneficial for skin infections and boosts the immune system. In aromatherapy applications it is valued for its fresh scent with uplifting benefits on emotions and the ability to soothe, body and mind.
Lemon Myrtle essential oil in beauty care benefits mature or oily skin as it works as an astringent to help tighten pores and reduce irritations. With antibacterial properties this oil can assist will skin infections, wounds and acne.
